10/10 experience! Absolutely LOVED my afternoon at Vinca with my mom and Fiancé. Sabrina was incredibly kind and helpful. She picked out exactly what I was looking for and helped pair my engagement ring with a beautifully crafted wedding band. We were also able to find the perfect ring for my future husband. They are such kind people who are very transparent and supportive about the entire process from start to finish. No worries about them forcefully up-selling or overcharging like typical chain jewelers. We would go back here a million times over! I needed a couple of rings resized and a lost sapphire stone in a vintage ring replaced so I wanted to find somewhere with the design and craftsman expertise to bring this vintage piece back to life. I spent time researching where to go online and so glad I picked Vinca. Incredibly friendly and welcoming here and you can tell they really know what they are doing. Tu immediately puts you at ease, explaining everything throughly which is so amazing since I'm not an expert. Finding a jeweler you trust is like finding a good mechanic and I left Vinca knowing I had found my place in KC for all my jewelry needs!

I needed a clasp repaired on my pearls. Vinca has been on the Plaza for decades and I knew they would do a good job. The repair was done promptly, well, and for a very fair price. The staff is very friendly— also a plus! I like to shop local and will continue to patronize Vinca.

Very extensive selection of finished pieces, loose stones and mountings. We were able to find a stone and mounting quickly within our price range thanks to the expert help. The ring was sized to the wrong size due to a misunderstanding, which they quickly apologized for and had resized to the correct size and ready to go the next day. Very nice to work with. Highly recommended.
