Vinca is such a wonderful business. They do care about their products quality and customer experience. My husband and I choose Vinca for our wedding rings, and they are perfect for us. Later I sent Vinca a sample of bracelet which I customize, and they did it above n beyond❤️ they are willing to fix it, guarantee for their products. It's a blessing to know Vinca. Highly recommend!

The staff at Vinca are so lovely and helpful and not pushy!! They encouraged us to walk around the Plaza and think on our purchase, offered to clean my existing ring, and were just a genuine pleasure. A real gem of a company.... we used Vinca as the customer care and service was as sparkling as the jewellery . Very knowledgable, prompt in responding and has a great eye for what's important in customising jewelry to make it look stunning. The piece we got designed was an extension of the wedding ring with two sapphires to represent our 2 children. Clearly very sentimental and trust needed to work with Vinca not being from Kansas. After emails and phone calls we were comfortable to proceed and very happy with the outcome. A great family business which we will no doubt use again!
